Hi Everyone,

We have been having tremendous engagement and use on our newest product, MarketMeSuite’s Social Inbox, still in beta. There have been a few questions surrounding pricing, so this post is dedicated to providing clarity around our plans, and our reasoning behind them.

Is MarketMeSuite Free?

We have a very strong free offering, with very few limits, but for the heavier user, we have some paid options so you can get the most out of MarketMeSuite.

Why Charge?

Our top priority is making sure we put out a stellar product to our users, and servers aren’t free.  Being a web-based app has its advantages, but there is more strain on the servers than the Adobe Air app had, so for this reason we have limits on a few things, and of course, it helps us to continue to fund development and innovation!

I Paid For Access To The Air App…

Any paid users of the Adobe Air app still have access to it, which is what you paid for, and will always get any updates to the air app free.  But this is a new product, “The Social Inbox” which is a completely different app in the MarketMeSuite family. We are charging for add ons to the social inbox, including Data and analytics (something not part of the original MarketMeSuite product.) And, of course, “The Social Inbox” in itself has a very strong free version.

Which Features Are Limited?

We like to keep things simple. You are limited on 4 points:

  • Social Profiles
  • RSS
  • Data and Archive
  • Analytics

That’s it.  Everything else in the app you are free to use and enjoy with no limits, including team members!  We’ve identified these items as the “server pain points,” and to be able to support heavy use of these features, we need to charge.

Note: Beta pricing is shown below. Pricing will go up a bit in 2 weeks time but anyone who locks in this price gets it for a whole year.

What do we mean by Data and Archive?

Because MarketMeSuite uses the “inbox” concept, you can actually go back and find anything you’ve missed, just by searching in all or part of the message, name, etc. The days of a tweet or Facebook post only being relevant for a few minutes are behind us, and, much like e-mail, you often need access to something you’ve dealt with a day, week, or month ago.

Affordable Pricing!

We have put together pricing that we know you will get 10 to 100 times value over what you pay us per month. We guarantee it. If you don’t find you’re getting value for money, we’ll refund you. That’s how sure we are that you will reach your goals with MarketMeSuite!

Want to upgrade? Go to inbox.marketmesuite.com and click on “Upgrade!”

Please let us know if you have any questions @MarketMeHelp, or visit our support forum.  We want everyone to join in the beta fun!

Have “Suite” day!

~Tammy, CEO @MarketMeSuite

This all sounds wonderful but am I missing something? Are you asking me to pay for a premium service that I cannot preview and that has not been released yet? Did I miss some blog posts, pictures or videos?

Silly question: What is Data Profile; Analytics, RSS Feeds, & Social Profiles?

Yep, I don't know. Would like to. Examples to see would be great. Especially video. Instead of written words - get stuck on written stuff.

@pactree Hi! Working on more videos soon! Data is basically how many message we pull in. For free we go back 24 hours, so if you check everyday you'll catch most, but if you miss a day you could miss certain messages. Also, the ability to search back through your inbox as well, similar to email, so if you remember a bit of a post you can go back and find it again, but the "data" is how far back you can go. Social profiles are Twitter, Facebook, linkedin accounts. Will be showing more about analytics when it is deployed to the beta :)

Looks good! Although this is web based will there be a dedicated iOS app?
