You may have read the news this morning that MarketMeSuite is now free for everyone to use in our Press Release.
I just wanted to address a few questions I’ve had surrounding the announcement.
Will You Still Be Innovating and Updating?
Yes! Let me preface this with the fact that we are 100% committed to the platform. We’re small and gutsy startup with a history of challenging the status quo and this is just the next logical step for us. The most important thing we can do is make sure MarketMeSuite is THE social media dashboard of choice, and that means continuing to innovate. We’re working hard on version 4, which will be our web based version and promises a lot of absolutely groundbreaking innovations. I’ll blog more about it as the time gets closer!
How Will You Make Money?
We are working on some very cool analytics, which is going to a separate product that will appeal to some of you. I’ll update more on this as the time gets closer, but it’s going to be geared toward team collaboration, agencies and consultants. This is going to be a very unique take on analytics, and something we hope the target groups won’t want to live without!
Spreading The Word
We started MarketMeSuite with zero funds and a big dream. We’ve built our engaged base of users through good old fashioned hard work and a whole lot of word of mouth… and a lot of coffee. And that’s the most important thing right now. Our goal is to get MarketMeSuite into as many hands as possible. You’re not going to see us spending a fortune on google adwords or posting billboards about how to use MarketMeSuite. You’re not going to see a MarketMeSuite banner on eery site remotely related to social media. No, we believe the viral element lies in you, our happy users. So please use the yellow “invite a friend” at the top of the dashboard to tell as many people as possible.
What about Support?
We will continue to answer support questions both in our knowledge base at support.marketmesuite.com and at @marketmehelp on Twitter. You can also request features in our voting forum: vote.marketmesuite.com. Our features have always been driven by you!
Becoming a MarketMeSuite Trainer
This opens up a lot of doors to train people on MarketMeSuite as a service. We are working on putting together a special resource page for anyone who wishes to include MarketMeSuite as part of a training course to make it super easy for you!
Exciting Times
This is a move we’re all really excited about at MarketMeSuite, but as I said above, I need your help. As an existing user you are the best brand evangelist we have! You don’t have to pay anymore for the privilege of using this premium tool, but I hope I can count on you to help us spread the word to the world!
